Over the course of 3 weeks, a professional trainer will guide you through all the theoretical foundations, teach you how to warm up and breathe correctly during training, and monitor your running technique. Sessions are just 45 minutes each morning.

Here’s what to expect during training:
• Warm-up
• Running: 10–15 minutes
• Stretching

In the first few days, we focus on perfecting your technique and monitoring your breathing. For two weeks, you will train every weekday with the trainer. During the third week and on weekends, you will run independently while reporting your progress in the chat.
We bring together people of different ages (18 to 60), all united by a shared desire to be healthy and athletic. We prioritize creating a comfortable team environment and fostering a positive attitude. Communication is built on mutual respect and trust in the coach’s guidance.
We will tell you how not to give up halfway and build self-confidence. Plus, our supportive team will keep you motivated and on track until the very end!
Group runs are held on weekdays during the first two weeks, with the trainer closely monitoring your progress and ensuring proper running technique. On weekends and during the third week, you will run on your own. The trainer remains available in the chat, ready to answer any questions you may have.
Running gives you a boost of energy and strength to carry you through the day. Moreover, studies have shown that running increases endorphin levels in the blood by up to five times, creating a sense of happiness. A great mood until your next run is guaranteed!
After completing the "21 Days" program, you can continue with our "Confident Running" program. This next step will help you set specific running goals, deepen your understanding of running techniques, and master its intricacies. You'll burn more calories, achieve a leaner body shape, and build endurance.
With this program, you’ll prepare for 5–10 km runs, and over time, progress to distances of 21 km and even 42 km.

Price of the program: donation at the last lesson with the trainer.

Donation — you pay as much as you think is necessary.

We give you the first 4 days to try it out — you can leave without paying If your plans have changed. If you come to the 5th lesson, then the fact of payment is already mandatory. Price is up to you.

For those who care how much they usually pay, we inform you that the recommended payment for the entire program is 45€. This is the average payment for participants. You can pay both more and less.

Important: Before the start, you pay a 2€ deposit.
This confirms your commitment to participate. If during the first 4 trial days you find that this format of training doesn’t suit you, we will refund your 2€.

This is a community of health running enthusiasts.

We will teach you how to run correctly, without injuries and with pleasure. We will tell you how and where to start and introduce you to like-minded people.

My name is Dana, and I’ll be your running coach - I’m absolutely in love with running!

I’ve completed two marathons (42 km) this year and am currently training for my third one. Altogether, I’ve run over 2200 km this year - and not even Berlin’s grey and rainy weather can stop me!

We’ll be meeting very soon to start our running journey together, but for now - let’s get to know each other a bit! ☺️

LIMITATIONS
Please note, we do not accept participants who are:
• under 18 years old,
• smokers,
• pregnant (any stage),
• in the postpartum period (up to 12 months),
• have heart disease, joint disease, etc.
Why 21 days?
In the 1950s, plastic surgeon Maxwell Maltz noticed that his patients got used to their new face after surgery in about 3 weeks. He wrote a book called Psycho-Cybernetics, in which he claimed that it takes "at least 21 days" to form a habit.

We don’t know if this story has anything to do with running, but we do know that any skill is developed by repeated actions with positive emotions.

The results are obvious: 62% of participants continue to run 3-4 times a week after completing the program.
