We’re happy to introduce our Confident Running training format — a long-term approach to developing proper running technique and gradually improving your speed, distance, and overall endurance.
Whether you’re preparing for your first race or aiming to beat your personal best, we provide a professional and supportive approach that helps you achieve real results.
The Confident Running program has no fixed end date. You train at your own pace each month, steadily improving your fitness and overall health.

  • CR5 Run 5 km in under 30 minutes
Your health level: Satisfactory — 3 out of 5
  • CR10 Run 10 km in under 56 minutes
Your health level: Good — 4 out of 5
  • CR Pro Run 21 km in under 2 hours
Your health level: Excellent — 5 out of 5
  • CR Elite Run 10 km in under 45 minutes or a marathon (42.2 km) in under 4 hours
Your health level: 5+ — Outstanding
  • CR5 — Run 5 km in under 28 minutes.
Your health level is Satisfactory — 3 out of 5.
  • CR10 — Run 10 km in under 52 minutes.
Your health level is Good — 4 out of 5.
  • CR Pro — Run 21 km in under 1 hour 45 minutes.
Your health level is Excellent — 5 out of 5.
  • CR Elite — Run 10 km in under 40 minutes or a marathon (42.2 km) in under 3 hours 30 minutes.
Your health level is 5+ — Outstanding.
The goal of our project is to help every adult non-smoking person maintain a healthy weight and feel good physically and mentally.
We define several health levels through running.
Each level helps you understand where you are right now, what goals you’re aiming for, and how to plan your training in the most effective way.

Home assignments
Each training session lasts 1 hour 10 minutes.

During training, we:
  • work on improving distance, speed, and endurance
  • improve strength performance
  • strengthen muscles
  • practice plyometrics and running drills (SBU)
  • participants aged 18–60
  • comfort without pressure or “ego races”
  • respect, support, and trust in the coach
  • 1–2 independent training sessions per week
  • personalized plan based on your goals
  • feedback and load adjustment
  • consideration of your fitness level and current condition
  • recommendations in the chat (equipment, recovery, supplements)
  • challenges and joint activities beyond running

Become a participant

For your convenience, we have introduced a membership system.
The membership includes training sessions twice a week, 1 hour 10 minutes each.
The cost is 2,500 TRY for 4 weeks.

Additionally, you get 1–2 self-guided training sessions per week.
If you go on vacation or a business trip, you can freeze your membership.
After registering on the website, a coordinator will contact you within 1–2 days and explain all organizational details.

Important: If you have not previously trained in the Confident Running program and are not familiar with the coach, you can purchase a trial week to get to know the trainer and decide on full participation.

The cost of the trial week is 1,000 TRY
(2 sessions per week, 1 hour 10 minutes each).

«RUNNING WITH PLEASURE»
We are a community of recreational running enthusiasts.
Over the entire history of the Running with Pleasure project, 25,198 people have completed our programs.
We have trained dozens of marathon runners (42.2 km), as well as winners and prize-winners of road races, trail events, and Russian Masters running championships.
Most importantly, thousands of people have become more resilient, healthier, and more energetic.

LIMITATIONS
Please note, we do not accept participants who are:
• under 18 years old,
• smokers,
• pregnant (any stage),
• in the postpartum period (up to 12 months),
• have heart disease, joint disease, etc.
